Mauro completed his degree in Architecture of Constructions at the Universita’ Degli Studi Di Cagliari in Sardinia, Italy.
He has been a registered architect in the UK since 2017.
Mauro joined Zaha Hadid Architects as Architect in 2017 after working for the international practice Perkins+Will.
Mauro was part of the BIM team during SD stage for Sberbank Technopark, a 131,000m2 innovation campus located
in a new research and development zone in Moscow.
Most recently, Mauro was BIM Lead for the winning competition design for Navi Mumbai International Airport
(NMIA). ZHA has been awarded full scope of work from Concept through Construction Supervision.
At the moment, Mauro is BIM Manager for the two Oslo Subway Stations Fornebu Porten and Fornebu Senter. At
the same time he works as Design Technology Advisor, his role ranges from automation of design workflows and
computational design, to staff training and, as part of the Design Technology Group, provides project teams an
overview of workflows and technologies available across the company to best support the work.
